Legacyy Enrichment Center (LEC) is the perfect event venue for community events, church meetings, birthday parties, talent shows, art shows, book signing, corporate meetings, dinner parties, fundraisers, baby showers, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, intimate wedding reception, conferences, pop up shops, food tastings, holiday parties, business networking, repass, classes, and so many more. We can accommodate up to 50 guests per event.
All rentals include a 2-hour set up and 1 hour break down. Additional time is $100.00 per hour.
All events require 2 separate payments: a non-refundable retainer fee of $250 to book with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to event date.
An additional $300 fee or more will be charged for incidents for not adhering to the contract as stated and signed. All payments are final. All events are subject to 8% total PA and City sales tax and a 5% service fee.
All paid events must give up to 4 weeks’ notice to be considered for possible rescheduling based on circumstances. Rescheduling is not guaranteed. If rescheduling is granted you have 1 time to do it for a fee of $200 and it must be on the same day as your previous booked event. RETAINER FEE is NON-REFUNDABLE. Please contact us as soon as possible if the event needs to be rescheduled. There is no REFUND whatsoever including no shows.
Special Event Insurance is optional, but recommended. You will be sent a link to our affiliate partner The Event Helper for your convenience. However, if you choose to not use special event insurance the client is responsible for all incidents that happen during the rental time, owner is not liable for anything that happens to client and guests.

Tours are by invite only. Once the event date has been deemed available, we will schedule you for a tour.
Open house is once a week schedule permitting.

- Monday - Thursday (4 hours) - $650
- Friday (4 hours) - $750
- Friday all day - $1,600
- Saturday (4 hours ) - $850
- Saturday all day - $1,800
- Sunday (4 hours) - $750
- Sunday all day - $1,600
